Hi, I like this model,But from the feedback,somebody says it can not work?when turn it on just blink and getting turn off?Is there some problem of it?

Thank you very much for your love. The reason of this feedback is that when users use our products, the power supply is insufficient. Our products need 5V / 1A input power supply. If it is lower than this limit, the LED described in the feedback will flash several times and then turn off. Because similar products of this product have a capacity of about 50ml, while our products have a capacity of 100ml, and it requires a stronger power supply to work well. The stronger power supply enables our products to spray more delicate and soft fog, and the larger water tank capacity makes the spray time more lasting. Therefore, buyers should pay attention to whether the USB adapter meets the minimum requirements of 5V / 1A.
At the same time, there are also some feedback says it can not work，The reason is that the user added too much water, which exceeded Max Line, so that the atomized water mist could not be sprayed through the spray hole, so that the user could not see the spray.

It doesnt it runs until you turn it off or it uses all of the water inside and it will the shut itself off.
