Been taking this for about a week now. Its effective. And affordable compared to that $60-$80 ones I was purchasing for refrigeration. No taste for the capsules and easy to swallow but I don’t struggle to swallow most pills. You need to drink plenty of water with it though. And if you haven’t gone #2 in a long time.. stop acting shocked that you’re having abdominal pain when ALL the demons are lining up to leave through your booty. I’ve had ibs my whole life. Try warm drinks or compress for your stomach. Sometimes a cold compress actually helps the pain more. Broth. Soup. A very delicate belly rub. Just take your probiotics and drink water!!!!
