This is a fantastic cream. I didn't think it would work but within 10 minutes of applying it to my stomach , I felt the heat. This is great to put on while your working out along with putting on the sweat workout vest. It goes hand and hand. I'm 210lbs and the xxL fit comfortable

I have been using it, just going into my 3rd week, I am so happy I've already ordered another jar and still have some left. It does get hot but not for a long time (which does not mean, it's not working). It might make you itch a little, just a rub is enough, smells like a methol but the smell does not linger and not greasy at all, absorbs well into the body. I have not worked out and sort of watching what I eat and drink. I know for a fact if I was working out and dieting it would work even better. I have been using it for my fupa, LADIES IT WORKS!! I have noticed the fupa shrinking and I could not be happier!!!! I use about the amount of a large grape, rub/massage it onto my fupa and abdominal area in circular motions counter clock wise going downwards. REMEMBER, everyons body reacts differently to products so just try it for yourself!! IT WORKS!!!

Today was my first day trying this cream and I sweated so much. It does have a burning sensation and it passes shortly. Heck yeah I’m buying more.

I gave this product one star because it didn’t work. I put it on and worked out for an hour. I only sweated in places where I did not use the product. It does heat up immediately but that is all it does. I will try using it again before throwing it in the trash. I had no issues with the seller. The product arrived on time.

Funciona para causar sensación de calor y también para la hora de ponerse a correr con una faja puesta para quemar grasa, pero siento que hay que ponerse bastante y varias veces pero por lo demás ayuda a la hora de entrenar.

Burning/itching sensation when first applied, but calms down after about 5 mins. I use cream in conjunction with a suana waist trainer and definitely makes you sweat more this way. I have used cream on its on, and it makes you sweat but not as much when using with a suana suit. As for skin smoothness, or weight loss, not seeing much results but only been using for a week. I will keep using though because I know it’s been making me sweat more then normal when working out.

Quickly helped me shed some water weight and made my skin softer.
