Phiten Titanium Tape Precut, (15 Strips)

It really works to ease pain! My physical therapist scoffed at me when I had shared what I had “discovered.” Why did you pick this product vs others?: I saw it and thought “why not?” That was at least a couple of years ago.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to let Phiten know what their Titanium Strips have done for me.... Paying it Forward to all my family and friends who suffer from arthritis, muscular or nerve pain.... I’d like to say a huge Thank You to my wonderful cousin, Yvonne Martin, who told me about her experience with Phiten Titanium discs. She said she’d been advised to try Phiten Discs for shoulder pain she was having while working on their backyard shed. She sent me a photo of the disc box and said she sometimes put a few discs in the area that hurt. For many years, I’ve been willing to try anything to help with my sciatic pain. After having had back surgery, physical therapy, chiropractic, dry needling, deep tissue massage, oils, lineaments, epidural steroid injections, specific stretches and exercises, medications, etc., etc.. Absolutely nothing has ever given me any real relief from the horrible burning pain that runs down my lower back, thigh, around my knee, calf, ankle and foot. Nerve damage has made my toes and the pad under my left foot’s toes numb, but never pain-free. I constantly wear ice packs to somewhat numb my back and thigh. When Yvonne told me about her shoulder pain and the relief she’d gotten, I figured my nerve pain wouldn’t respond since nothing else had helped. But, always the optimist and experimenter, I bought a box of the large band-aid size Titanium from Amazon and tried it on my lower back, because you’re recommended to put it on the trigger point of the pain’s origin. Honestly, I didn’t expect much. I call my sciatica “The Red Devil,” as it has been a progressively worsening, literal pain in my butt for the past 35 years. I am currently at the point of not being able to stand or walk more than a few feet without that searing, hot polker Red Devil running down my left leg. It has been so bad that I have to sit every few minutes or stand like a stork to relieve that nerve pain just a little. The very first day that Amazon delivered it, my husband carefully applied it to the exact spot in my lower back where the nerve exits my last lumber vertebra, an area that I could hardly touch. I started walking. Got some towels out of the dryer, folded them and started to pick up things. Then I realized I was actually doing these things without wincing, without my eyes watering, without limping unbearably, without tightening my mouth in a grimace. I was walking! I walked some more. Barely able to breathe, I walked up and down the hallway. What? Wait a minute....this couldn’t be right, could it? Where was that horrid pain that for years has disabled me from doing minor chores and from enjoying life? I think I went a little crazy the next few days; cleaning, spending more time doing things for and with my husband and our pets. Sometimes I went an hour without being constantly reminded of pain. It’s not completely gone, but for the most part I’m mobile again. Walking with being bent over in half. This in itself is a Miracle. The titanium strip for me lasts two days. Steve put a large waterproof bandaid over the strip so that it doesn’t come off even with a bath and this sweaty heat. I am knocking on wood, but foremost praying that the Phiten Titanium strips continue to afford relief. Even if I have to put two or more eventually, I’d be willing to continue using this. Heck, I’d cover wherever pain rears its nasty head. In Paying it Forward to all of my friends who are suffering, please try one box for yourself.

It definitely alleviates pain. It might take away more minor pains than I have. I'm a frequent buyer & user of this product for my pain in my shoulder.

This tape actually works well cuz I’ve tried many including medicine and nothing works but this one does work. Leave it in for awhile
