Is this game couch co op? Or only online co-op?

Evil Dead: The Game is not couch co op. It's always online because its not so much a co op game as it's a full on multiplayer game. You play against and with other people. It also requires an internet connection even to play the small amount of single player material available. It's still very fun! Hope this helps!
