This is a pretty good chair. It's on the same level (of quality and height) as the chair in my office, which I am sure costs at least 10k. I am very comfortable working in it for extended periods of time. The back mesh is firm and the wheels move very smoothly. I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs to sit down. It was also straightforward to assemble on my own. The material feels durable, but I guess we'll reach some understanding when we see what the future brings.

Product is nice for this price. I faced issue while assembling as the backrest was not getting fit and its size was not in line. Once I approached Customer Care, the issue was well received and replacement part was sent to me promptly, which got fitted easily. So 3 stars for the product and 5 stars for the customer care support.

the screws in the handles were not properly fitted at all .the screw were already the holes and barely holding the handles .Hence had to put washers to hold on .The handles were already damaged and would have fallen when some one sat .Moreover why the fitting instruction manual missing .who would have time to scan .Or they want payments from you tube views .deducting 2 stars for handle screws not properly fitted and no instruction manual
