I immediately had relief from the pain I was having over my arch back toward the ankle of one foot. After using them for just two days, however, when removing the sleeve, it tore somewhat easily. However, now knowing how easy they are to tear, it can easily be handled where this doesn't happen again. After contacting Dr. Frederick's about the torn sleeve, within two days I had a new set of inserts at my door, no questions asked and unbelievably rapid response!! I expect I will be using these for the long term unless I find them not lasting very long. But, the price is such that, even having to replace them every few months is not unreasonable. They unquestionably solved the pain in my foot and that is the most important feedback I can offer!

Guts it's a big warning to all those who intend to buy this item, I got this and started using this for like a week and my skin got into allergic condition that I am still suffering after 3 weeks of medications, Its a terrible situation to be in, i wanted to write to amazon on a email with pics on my problem but I dont find any way to do and so i am writing here to warn who wants to buy this, this is not for all free to use, get the right medical practitioner approved as the silica gel used in the make of the product seems to be allergic for a few and you need to be aware of this else you will suffer as I do.
