A few months ago I ordered the DEVO Energy Dome with PPE Mask. Last week it arrived, but to make it a good fit on my head, the DEVO Energy Dome required an internal hardhat suspension. I looked around and decided on buying this brand / model. It works and fits perfectly, and has a very soft feel. I did not have to cut or alter the suspension. I used velcro to attach the suspension strap to the inside of the energy dome. NOTE: The hardhat suspension is also necessary to allow the recirculation of energy within the energy dome, otherwise, it will not occur.
