Purchased the remote in December 2023. February 5th while using the guide button there is a notice on the screen that several features of the remote will not be active after May 2024 including Netflix and other features.

If you’re looking for a plug and play type remote, this is the one. I took it right out the package put my Triple A’s in and I was good to go! Didn’t have to program it to the tv for r anything. However the functions of the buttons are kind of poor, when I press them sometimes they work sometimes they don’t so I have to hit the button again. Other then that it’s going to do what I need and that’s power on/off and volume as I use my Xbox for everything else! I will update if breaks or anything!
