Do most people use this at night or in the morning?

I liked using it at night, right before bedtime. It seemed more practical and beneficial for the skin to absorb because I am so very active all day/every day. And also, I liked knowingthat I would not be putting any type of makeup, etc. over the product.

Is there a good moisturizer to put on afterwards?

I love the product but haven't used their moisturizer. I use neutrogena moisturizer cream with sunscreen, it's great on the skin and low cost.

Are there 30 full sets here (meaning actually 60 packets because there is a step 1 and step 2)?

There are 30 packettes. Each packette has 2 pouches with each step.

Can I use this with other products like cleansers, serums, and moisturizers?

Yes. I routinely apply a good serum or moisturizer after using the peel As to the cleanser, you would need to have cleaned your face first before applying the peel. This product is excellent.
