Instead of the full dose I started with one a day and I don't like it. It has an ingredient in it that makes me feel as I am having an anxiety/ panic attack and constant itching. Not sure which ingredient it is so I chose to stop taking. I am obviously intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. Not the products fault.
