This is an awesome thing to have if you’re someone who always needs something in your hands. I work in an industrial environment, so I made a slight modification to the tip and turned it into a usable flathead/pry bar. Initially, the handles had about .025" of play. A few light hammer taps against a flat surface closed the gap up nicely to about 10 thou and made the flipping feel much smoother. For this price, I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy one again.

Been using it for about a week now and I don't have many complaints. It's made out of pure steel, so it can handle being dropped a few times, but it will pinch your thumb and hurt your knuckles if you are not careful. Unfortunately it does make your hand smell like metal after a while, but its not as strong as a handful of pennies. Since it's bushing are metal on metal, it will get stuck after a bit if you don't flick it hard enough, but a bit of oil or WD-40 can help. Overall 9.1/10, it's great for beginners, and it will last long thanks to the build quality.

It's a little on the heavy side, but it's great for beginners and definitely got me interested in more advanced flipping. It was a little squeaky and stiff at first, but put some WD-40 on it and you'll be fine.

Good weight, You have to remember to not pinch yourself on it, as it still hurts if it hits your knuckles, but it's far less expensive than a regular butterfly knife. I bought it for 8 bucks, when it was on sale, but id's still nice enough that I would pay 12-13 for it.

My son wanted one of these for christmas and since he'd never had a practice butterfly before we opted for this model given it's review and price point. I'm glad we did. It's perfect for his needs and he is happy with it and plays around with it for hours each day while on his computer or reading. it's a great buy

Great, slightly heavy which is accurate for real Balisong. Transition was easy.

The edges on the handles are sharp, it squeaks when you spin it, and the latch is very tough to get on the handles when it's closed. It has some pretty noticeable handle bias and some tricks will take a little more effort to get the handle back to your hand. If you're new to balisong tricks, it's totally fine, especially for the price. But, if you want to get the best experience out of this thing: sand down the edges of the handles and lubricate the connection between the handle and the blade. Other than that, there's a lot of play in the handles but seems pretty sturdy after a bit of use, can't speak on it's longevity though. It's definitely not adjustable at face value so whatever you get is what you live with. Definitely not for someone who wants a good balisong, but if you want something cheap to start with, it works just fine.

This I bought for practice. Not because I wanted to know how to use a knife, but to improve my balance and reflexes. This is a good piece because it moves well and has no jiggle play in the mechanism. Works real well for practice.

One of the best training butterfly knifes for the price. Pros. -Durable, -Looks nice. -Feels nice. -Spring latch works fine. -Screws still didn't come loose after a year. Cons. -A little heavier than you might want. P.S. You need to oil it quite frequently.
