BEST EVER
I just turned 65 and have always had problems with my heels cracking, I mean cracking to bleed. Not only do I prefer bare feet (so don't wear socks either) but I also have very dry skin, even with best intentions....not a creams person. I would get pedicures on a regular basis (which they would cut with razor) but within a couple of weeks back to square one. I sprayed my heels with the softener, waited couple minutes, used my rasp, sprayed again waited 2 minutes rasped again then soft filed...it has been a week and my heels are still smooth as a baby's ....you know what....AND I never got that oh oh scrubbed to hard burn that comes when you're determined to get it all in one go....lol Wish I'd known about this product when I owned my spa (24 years) some clients I had to work so hard to get to smooth as in Canada you are not suppose to cut calluses only rasp and file.

Worked exceptionally well when NOTHING else ever has!
I was very skeptical about this product. I have the world's worst, thickest, toughest callus buildup on my heels. It's so tough that those shavers with razor blades get dull instead of getting the callus off. Even though salons can sometimes do a slightly better job than I can at smoothing it down a bit, even their products (which you pay extra for) have not made much of a dent. This stuff, combined with the Footlogix file (the personal version, not the really expensive professional version), did an AMAZING job! It's hardly an exaggeration to say I bet I lost half a shoe size in old callus buildup in a virtually effortless few minutes of filing after applying the callus softener as directed. I resisted buying this for quite some time due to the high price, but compared to a repeated extra five dollars at a nail salon for minimal callus removal during a pedicure, this is a great investment. I'm so tickled to have a product that works, is easy to use and leaves my feet very soft and smooth. I highly recommend this!
