This is more a review for Amazon service. The original shipment of four items was missing the bearings because the package had broken open. After contacting Amazon, they prioritized the shipment of the bearings and it came in the very next morning. By the way, the bearings are working great for my project.

Good quality for the price

Sorry for the delay in sending a review. I bought these Bearings for my grandson and, as he was the one to use them, I waited till he came home from boarding school. Yesterday he fitted them to his skates and went to town to try them out. He tells me they are very fast and totally silent. So we give them 5 stars. He removed one rubber seal and found they were already very well greased and in no need of further lubrication. Here is a photo

Bearings work great, but unfortunately it took me 2 tries to get the correct amount. Many other reviewers have had the same problem. Great value, they are dimensionally accurate and fit, and very smooth. Not very fast bearings though. First time I ordered I received only 18, so they shipped a replacement and I got the full 20. Was inconvenient because the Amazon return place is over half an hour from me.

I got these 6001-2RS bearings to replace the locked-up factory bearings on the front steering casters of a Drive Medical rollator walker. Over time, outdoor dirt and moisture had ruined the original ones, making the walker incredibly hard to steer. These went in without an issue and completely restored the tracking. The steering wheels now pivot and swivel smoothly with zero resistance, making the walker much safer and easier to maneuver. (Bearings for the actually tires are 608 2rs Ball Bearings)
