Received chair very next day of order, well packed in cartoon and Inside every single piece was wrapped with thick transparent plastic. Some more delicate parts were contained within cylinders of foamy plastic. Same colour shade as shown in pictures. Easy to assemble no need hire technician for assembling, just follow the step of instruction book, tools also available in box I assembled in around 40 minutes,Very good quality leather used very soft and comfortable, sufficient support to the waist. Heavy base. Great chair as what I expected.

the quality of the materials used is good but for me, it is not very comfortable to sit on for a long time. I use it at work where I sit for 12hrs every day.the side arms don't have a lock so they keep moving in and out when u apply even the slightest pressure on them.

The seating area size of the chair is good with high-density foam. The lumbar support is also good and comfortable. Liked the quality of the chair overall, height and armrest can be adjusted as per the need. Moreover, you can adjust the back to lie down back to rest, as it's sturdy enough, to not to fall down on the ground.

This chair is AWESOME! It came de assembled but it also came with an instruction manual which was clear and simple to follow and easy to setup. All the parts were well packed and were in tip top condition. It looks so sporty and ruthless i love it. as mentioned, it has a strong steel frame which holds the seat in position. the cushion felt hard at first when i touched with my hand but it was soft and comfortable when i sat on it. I highly recommend this one.

I have been using the chair from last 1 week and it is so comfortable. Chair parts are well packed and is easy to assemble with the instructions provided. Assembled in 30mins and leather quality is good. Headrest pillow,lumbar support and different mode positions to read,rest and work. This made my life easier either to work,game/rest. Thank you

Easy to assemble, seat cushion is very comfortable. Am not a pro gamer but atill i spend hours on this chair and it if very comfortable and leaning back is kool like a car seat from side. Chair material is good and packing was very nice in order to keep the chair safe from damaging.

This is an amazing gaming chair. Made of high quality leather. The cushion is extremely comfortable. Adjustable headrest, armrests and lumbar are icing on cake. Chair can be swiveled 360 degrees and tilted at different angles for maximum comfort. My kids love it.
