How do you use them? Do you let it burn then pour over body?

You let it burn for a while, like 20 minutes, and then pour it on the body or in your hands. I personally like it poured straight from the candle. It is warm but it feels good.

Does this candle have a flavor or just a scent?

It has more of a scent but does have a slight flavor....this product is awesome and I have since ordered additional scents
