Products are sold based on weight, not volume. Products settle. That being said, the bottle should be pretty full. If not, then weigh it. The flavor is good. Granulated. It is fine granules, but it is granulated. Some may think it is powder-like, but it is fine granules. Really makes no difference to me in pretty much every single application. We go through a lot of onion powder/granules/diced, and this is a good size container that should carry us over for awhile. I either use directly from container, or I fill up a smaller container for extra easy grab. I use spices all the time, all manner of types, and onion is nearly always included in whatever I am cooking. I adore onion powder sprinkled over burgers even if I am using slices of onion. Something about the taste of onion powder just makes it extra delicious. I like McCormick products, and find most of their stuff reasonably priced. When it comes to some basics such as this, I tend to let price dictate my purchase decision so long as the brand is one I trust. McCormick isgood balance of quality and price.

Great taste, but it is also the perfect onion flavor to use when making your own custom spice mixtures. Perfect beef/burger seasoning: * 2 TBSP Pink Salt * 2 TBSP Black Pepper * 2 TBSP Garlic Powder * 1 TBSP Onion Powder

While so many cooking show chefs keep pushing "fresh ingredients" , "fresh herbs", etc. Not all of us can afford to buy those. Granulated Onion powder is a key ingredient in almost every meal I make. Alongside granulated garlic powder (which I bought alongside this). It's a decent value, lasts a long time, and is easy to pour. It adds a nice subtle kick to any meal.

Been using this for a bit now and it doesn't have any real clumps. You can tell when spices have been around awhile an get yucky. this tastes good in recipes and comes out of the shaker nice. We use a ton of onion in recipes. When it is fresh like this you don't need to use as much.

Looks good. Smells fresh. Tastes great! And at a comparatively great price!
