I use this with my toaster oven/air fryer to save the electricity of the clock always being on. The cord does not get hot in use, and the oven works perfectly. Good choice.

This is a thick, well made on/off switch extension cord. The switch has a very positive action; the length is perfect; and the terminations appear strong and well made. I couldn't be happier with this product.

This is a real nice On/Off Switch Extension Cord and perfect for my application. It makes it easy to shut on and off power to a device without unplugging from outlet. It is made high-quality and durable and seems to be good for outdoor use.

So many devices these days can't be turned off and are always in standby mode. I like to turn off my devices mechanically when not in use (things like my washing machine, air conditioners, microwave, toaster oven, model train power supply, guitar pedals, video game consoles, etc.), not only to save electricity but also to protect them from spikes and surges. And it's a pain to plug things in and unplug them between uses all the time. These solve that problem for me, though they are a bit pricey, but they are high quality and cut off both hot and neutral for extra protection, so they're worth the price, IMO.

These switches seem to be very well constructed. I use them for a massage chair and a laptop. The position of the chair makes it difficult to access the on/off switch, so this switch makes turning it on off much easier. I would definitely recommend this switch.

Lo uso para apagar extensiones y me resulta práctico, no lo veo como uso interior de casa, ya que es no estético, pero el uso en áreas abiertas combinadas con extensiones que no quieres ir hasta el origen del tomacorriente, es ideal.

Awesome. I use this yo power up my pedalboard for guitar. I have 15 pedals all wired up to a power bank, but that power bank doesn't have an on/off switch, so I'd have to yank the power cable from the wall each time. Annoying. This little "go between" has solved that issue 100%. Great unit!
