Excellent! I was able to loosen nuts that were out of sight and difficult to reach using the sockets. The ratchet has a sturdy build and gets the job done. The only critique I have is that the sockets fall out too easily: one must be careful not to let them slip and fall in tight spaces.

Great design, I got this about a year ago and use this for light use at work a couple times a week. It’s held up great, very easy to use, and I’m impressed with the quality and versatility for the price. My only complaint is that the lid on the box comes unattached somewhat easily so I have to be careful when transporting it from home to work. But I just keep it in its own bag and as long as I’m not too rough with it, it won’t pop open.

Perfect for small jobs in tight spaces or for those with a weak grip. Many attachments. Good buy.

This is a great tool and one I use often. It's relatively light and works great. Plus there are a ton of useful tips. That said, I had another brand before this - no longer made, it seems - that just felt sturdier...until I inadvertently used it to pry something that broke the ratchet. So despite my former one breaking, this one feels less sturdy. It just has a bit of a wobble in the ratchet itself is why I say this. That said, the ratchet works great, the bevy of screwdriver tips is superb (philips, flat, star, square, etc.), and it's a great price for what it is. I'd recommend to friends or others.

I have my own toolbox with my own tools, but somehow they keep finding their way into my husband’s thins. I found these pink tools and these are the perfect solution. No guy would be caught dead using pink stuff. They’re good quality and I’m sure they’ll be mine for quite some time…

Well for my first use of these, I tried removing one of my computer case screws and the bit twisted on itself and got unusable after one screw. I was shocked as I did not think I had applied much torque. I made an experiment and took another bit to remove one of the computer screen screw, and monitored that I was not applying torque. It took it off easily, so I thought it was all fine, but then looking at the bit, I realized it was twisted as well, as if it was made of play-doh. Certainly not what you can expect... I was appalled by the quality of these bits but was already two months outside of the return window. I still thought this was a defect, I emailed the seller to report the issue and ask what they wanted to do about it, and they actually immediately sent a refund with an apology (I hadn't requested a refund myself!). They said they suspected a factory issue, and given the overall reviews, the ease with which I twisted two bits in two minutes and the outstanding customer service, I do believe I got a factory defective item and you would certainly get a better set than the one I got. I went from one to three starts because of the customer service going above and beyond expectations, standing behind their product and responding quickly.

A very nice ratchet screwdriver set that comes in its own storage box with foam insert to keep the different pieces organized. Works just like a ratchet, but it also has a threaded dial that you can manually rotate in very tight spaces where you don’t have a lot of room. Very nice kit to have at hand when you have to tighten or loosen a screw in a very tight space that standard screwdrivers can’t access.
