GVSSPR656 Elipse Low Profile Mask with Filters for Dust, Organic Gases and Vapors, S/M

Creating jewelry, I have to work with some smelly and sometimes toxic chemicals. For example, sometimes I work with xylene which totally stinks and I can be right on top of it with this mask on and I smell nothing. Nothing! Well done. It’s quite comfortable and I find myself forgetting that I even have it on. I have to prop my glasses on top of it, but somehow I can make it work.

don't ever write reviews, but this was worth the money. i do groundskeeper work at a golf course, and we have a sand bunker machine that gives off a lot of gasoline fumes. the first time using the machine i was getting high from breathing in the fumes along with a headache. after work i'd be at home taking a nap and i could still smell the fumes up my nostrils. bought this respirator and it was a game changer. i no longer get high or headaches. you can rarely smell the fumes and if you do, it doesn't seem so strong or apparent.very easy to breath, clean and maintain. it feels comfortable and very low profile. great job gvs.

I solder for my metalsmithing hobby and after it triggered asthma, bought these from the recommendation from another smith. They are easy to take on and off and comfortable to wear even with glasses. No more nasty fume worries. They get a bit warm and I get sweaty after working for a while. Better than breathing toxic fumes. Looks like it will be easy to replace the filter when it is time. Very pleased.

This was the first time I ordered this item. When the mask arrived the straps were too short, but I tried to wear it anyways. I developed a dark maroon rash with hives on my face where the mask made contact with my skin. An OTC topical steroid cream did not work, and I ended up having to take a course of prescribed oral steroids for the rash to go away. Even now, a month from when I last wore the mask, I still have a red outline of that mask on my face. To make things worse, the company would not allow me to return the mask. I've worn a number of respirators over the years and this is the first one that caused a reaction like this.

I wear a medium North half face. This m/s is too small.Does not fit under welding masks. Which is why I tried it. Wasted money.

Good fit

I was skeptical at first before purchasing this product as there were no reviews. I received it and have worn it at work for 2 days so far. I love this product. Small and does the job. Highly recommend.
