DEVAISE 2 Drawer Wood File Cabinet with Lock & Charging Station, Black

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about when it comes to building this cabinet. I'm 53 year old female and I assembled it myself just fine. The instructions are very clear. It did take a few hours but that's expected because its has a lot of pieces/parts. Like others mentioned, I had a lot of extra screws, etc. not sure why. The only issue I had was putting the bottom drawer in. You have to make sure the silver ball bearing slider is just right for the drawer to go in properly. Other than that -easy peasy! I really like look, the size, and the quality. Great buy!

Took about an hour to put together, but directions were pretty straightforward. All tools provided, but be very careful with binding post screws they give you, it’s easy to damage the area around the hole. Overall it looks pretty good and seems sturdy enough. Is holding up a printer.

Great little cart that keeps my active files handy and able to move them around to wherever I want to work. The small drawer keeps all the other supplies I need handy too and the open space leaves a place for books or mail that needs to be sorted. Having built in power plugs means I can easily work anywhere without having to worry much about access to electric outlets. The locks are a great feature since I do have people occasionally coming in my house when I’m not home- I can make sure no one can casually peruse my private papers. I was very happy with the quality of materials! I liked that this cabinet was solid material, not fabric. It’s nice and solid overall and doesn’t look cheap. It fits in with my other office furniture very well! Assembly was pretty straightforward-took a little over an hour. All the parts were included (some even had a spare) and went together easily. The only negative would be that the power cord interferes with the drawer closing all the way without pushing on it. I’m hoping that the cord will soften up and get shaped with use so that the drawer doesn’t hit it. Overall, I’d rate it a 6 out of 10 for assembly skills required- a bit more involved than Swedish box furniture but still reasonably easy.

Very sturdy cabinet! Easy to follow instruction, all the holes line up! And they supplied extra screws which was very nice just in case. Tools are included as well. It didn’t take long to assemble, maybe an hour. It rolls very nicely even has a fifth wheel to support the bottom drawer. Both drawers lock, separate set of keys (total of 4 keys) are provided. Wood tone and black color variation was not as dramatic as shown, I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but I do. It fits well with other furniture.

The product works great looks good and everything. But after I assembled it my wife decided that she wasn't really going to use it in her office she would just give it to someone else and that upset me off because it was really hard to build

Assembly is horrible. The instruction is not understandable. I tried to put together by myself but could not. I had to invited a friend who is excellent on assembling but it was not easy for him either.

This was HARD to put together; I am a pretty handy person but the directions confused me at times. Great quality/function for price though.
