Would these be allowed on Christmas envelopes? (Like sending them through USPS?)

I used this for signing a dark brown Thanksgiving card. It would work if the color of the envelope was very dark but it would not slow up on a light colored envelope.

How “fast drying” are these? the oil paint makes me nervous. wanted to use these for ppl to sign the wood leaves for our “guestbook” tree. tyia

I dont use oil based sharpies. Would recommend you stay with their permanent markers that dry almost immediately and will write on most surfaces including wood.

Will rubbing alcohol take it off glass?

Yes it will. I use there for stained glass. Acetone also works but sometimes you gotta use a little elbow grease.
