I couldn’t be happier with this premium double leash—it has completely transformed my daily walks with my two dogs. What impressed me most is how much more control I have without sacrificing comfort. Both of my dogs walk more calmly now, and I no longer feel like I’m being pulled in two different directions. My German Shepherd is 100lbs and was started on a leash at five years old. So, he is still a work in progress. Some days he walks like a dream ignoring everything but me. Other days he barks at a mouse farting 100 yards away and wants to chase leaves. I always have control even when I don't look like it, lol. Now, we have a 10-month-old Bull Mastiff. He walks like a dream. At 75lbs he is still growing. Some may think I am crazy to even think of wanting to walk them both at the same time. I bought this double bungee dog leash for medium and large dogs from SparklyPets after looking at several on Amazon. I chose it because the handle looked comfortable, and I liked that it had two additional handles closer to the clasps. I normally wear a weightlifting glove when I walk my GS to keep my hand from being cut and bruised. I can confidently say I no longer need that glove. The handle on this leash is very comfortable. My dogs had no issues getting used to walking beside each other. My GS does not walk in a straight line. He zig zags. My Bully used to walk in a straight line, lol, but now he also zig zags. Fortunately, if he shifts sides this leash does not tangle up. My Bully can easily switch from one side to the other and the connection just spins and allows him to do it effortlessly. What I like a lot is when my GS gets froggy and goes for that unruly, chattering squirrel, my Bull Mastiff, acts as a counterweight. I say my command and get my GS back in line a lot quicker than I used to with the single leash. I use no pull harnesses for my dogs. I love this leash and it works great for my boys. I am not sure how it would work if you had two dogs that are not well-trained walkers yet. My only worry is that the clasps to the dog harnesses and the connector to the main leash are not strong enough for strong, large pulls. My GS is an odd bird. He follows my commands and hand commands off leash but on leash sometimes acts like a 100lb fish out of water. For his safety I keep an extra leash on his harness because I do worry this clasp might break. It has not shown any signs that it will. The stitching and construction appear solid. I think the concern is more me, then the actual product. Because it has been holding up great!! Overall, I highly recommend this set up. It has been a great product for us. We have been able to do our power walks (four miles) a day. Each day my GS gets better. Oh, and a day or two after I got the product SparklyPets reached out to me just to make sure I received it and to see if I need anything. Great customer service!!

Very well thought out and solidly constructed double leash. I have a 90lb shepherd mix and a 50lb super mutt :) who loves to pull. By holding the mid handle, I can keep the smaller, pulling dog in check while my calm shepherd walks peacefully alongside me. I can do all this and carry a travel mug of coffee in the A.M. This is way better than trying to manage two 8 ft retractable leashes getting tangled or both dogs sniffing in opposite directions like I'm Stretch Armstrong! It's now easier to control my dogs as well, if a reactive dog tries to start a confrontation from across the street. This leash design prevents tangling, while still allowing the dogs to explore within a more manageable range. It includes a bag carrier that fits every roll size I've tried so far (room for a spare as well). The leashes have some stretch to them, so the dogs will feel increasing resistance if they start to tug. This stretch feature makes the walk easier on my shoulder as well. It takes a few times walking for the dogs to get used to being attached to each other, but once they get used to it, they become aware that pulling tugs their pack-mate. It forces them to become more patient in a way. In a nutshell, the leash works great and is an excellent value. Wish I'd discovered this years ago.

I really like this leash with one exception. It’s heavy. I hike a lot with my German Shepard and Beagle. I feel like it’s a little too much weight for my Beagle and I even feel it gets heavy for me to hold on long walks. That being said, I like the way the handles feel and the placement of the handles is good. It would be great for 2 big dogs of the same size. If they could figure out a way to make it lighter it would be perfect.

I searched the web for the best dog leash and quickly found a website that had some reviews done on 7 different leashes and the 1st one was the SparklyPets Double Leash for 2 dogs. I quickly ordered it and arrived on 11/28/24. This dual leash is amazing, ease of use, ease of walking 2 dogs at the same time, no tangle, strong (I mean, I don't have big dogs and they are not heavy pullers), but it is a sturdy leash. The dogs cannot go where ever they want to go, cause one pulls the other and viceversa (haha, great), so they stay close to each other, they can move left to right and the leash WILL NOT tangle (awesome). The leash is reflective as you can see on the picture and the video and that is a plus walking your doggies when is dark out. This leash has made my life easier to walk my 4 legged family dogs, love it. UPDATE: I had a small question about the SparklyPets Double Dog Leash and let me say this, I am also very satisfied with customer service. This 2 dog leash extension is great. I was worried it would be cheap quality because of the cheap price but I’m happy I took my chances. I only got the extension piece instead of the whole leash because I have a really good police dog leash. It was nice to be able to use my own leash and just add onto it. The swivels on the part that attaches to the leash prevents it from tangling and the swivel that attaches to the collars helps the bands not get all twisted. You’ll see in the video that the only issue would be either dog trying to go on either side of you but that not the products fault, that’s just gonna happen once in a while. It’s so easy to work with and it helps buffer their pulling when they do pull. The elasticity is strong and at the perfect level for large dogs. It not too heavy, but heavy enough to be high quality and heavy duty. It’s super high quality and I trusted it to hold up even if my 100lb German shepherd and 60lb pitbull were pulling at full strength together (which they never would). I’m so happy to finally be able to take both dogs out at once! This product is SO WORTH BUYING! I hope this helps!

We have huskies and this leash is durable, allows for them to be separate but together in a very controlled way. We absolutely love it!

This dog leash never got tangled while walking the dogs… I loved that! The handles are thickly padded and very comfortable especially with a pulling dog. There is enough stretch to the leashes where you don’t feel like your arm is being ripped off. I felt like I had so much better control over my dogs rather than holding two separate leases. Usually I have to stop and untangle on other leashes.
