Worst Customer Service from Nilkamal and Amazon, the worst , worst to worst
This Nilkamal Arthur Neo King Bed is an absolute disaster. The product is nothing like the description — cheap quality, poor finish, and completely misleading specifications. To make it worse, no service person has come since 1st August to fix or assemble the cot. I have called the provided number over 150 times, and not once did anyone answer. This is the worst customer service imaginable — careless, arrogant, and totally irresponsible. Amazon and Nilkamal should be ashamed of such unprofessional conduct. You’ve taken my money and given me zero service, zero support, and infinite frustration. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Amazon. Utterly useless service, horrible management, and false advertising. Buyers beware — this is a nightmare purchase. Don’t fall for it!

Good product but poor logistics arrangement.
Very good product for the price & good precision manufacturing. However, I am disappointed due to the fact that out of qty-04 beds ordered by me to a Kerala address, only one came in Google shape. Rest all 03 got damaged in transit.either the laminate was torn, dented and the package mutilated. Very disappointed with the dispatch quality process by the brand.

Great Buy – Nilkamal Never Disappoints!
recently purchased a Nilkamal bed from Amazon and I’m really happy with my decision. The quality of the material is excellent, and the design is both sturdy and stylish. Assembly was smooth with clear instructions, and the bed feels very stable and comfortable. It has added a premium look to my bedroom. Overall, I’m highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Nilkamal furniture to others looking for durable and elegant options.

Heavy wood
Material is good and wood is heavy. Altough it's bed with no storage, you can still keep items under the cot. However as a no-storage cot, it's very good.
