Delicious!
I actually purchased this concentrate so that I could make a favorite dessert delicacy for myself and friends… Blackcurrant mousse. Because it is concentrated and rich this was easy to use. Advice from seller is to keep the plastic container in the freezer if not using up right away. I have had this in the freezer for some time now and it does not have freezer burn or freezer taste. Very happy with this product. Would buy again if needed. Understandably expensive but wish the price was a bit more affordable.

How to start a great wine!
At Averill House Vineyard we have had great results using the concentrate to balance our fruit juices. The consistent flavor and sugar balances well in our earl fermentation. They ship quick and every order has arrived without spillage. Order a sample if your concerned.

Dont be me.
Eaten by the spoonful is unpleasant. Make smoothies instead.

Very good juice
I got this for making a gallon of wine. Since peach is a volatile aromatic I dropped the dilution by 50%. Just now ready for secondary & it shows great promise. I have also made wine with their pomegranate concentrate. Quite nice. There was 4 oz leftover peach concentrate & my daughter used it to make spiced peach custard pies. Edit: June 2, bottled & tasting good!

Good for making wine
Taste pretty good for something I made at home. This is 4 gallons worth of wine so and investment of time you are ahead of store prices.
