Well made little pill case. This is the smallest pill case I could find. It will barely hold two "normal" sized oval pills but that's all I wanted it for. They included a couple extra gaskets for the screw top, which is classy. The threading on the case is good quality and it screws together easily. It's not hard to find the thread "lead in" spot, to engage the threads - it screws together easily without much fussing to find the thread alignment, in other words. If you're looking for a super tiny pill case to attach to your key ring or similar, this is it.

I bought two of these to carry basic spices I like when camping and find them to work well. One holds steak seasoning and the other black pepper. I marked the pepper with a square of black tape as they look the same otherwise. I like the siicone gasket that keeps the spices fresh and humidity out. I have never used these for their intended purpose as a pill case but they would work fine for that. They are not large so wouldn't carry a large number of pills or larger pills. They are water and air tight as well which is why I wanted them. If you want a durable, small, and lightweight sealed container for use when outdoors, I would definitely give these a look.

I love the small size on my keychain, perfect to carry a few nitroglycerin without it being big and bulky in my pocket. Cool and sleek design and very well made. Love that it is waterproof. I sometimes take it off of my keychain and use it as a “card protector “ when playing Texas Hold’em and several people have asked me about it. More than once people have asked me where I got it.

This one fits my round pills and my small pills! Perfect for carrying around for something I need to take 3 times a day. Also built well with my keys.

Perfect for what I needed. This thing is built like a tank. I could run this over with my truck and it wouldn't do anything to it. The threading is thick and perfectly cut, water tight, rust proof, its not slippery and easy to use. Just make sure you read the dimensions first so you know what size this is versus what you need.
