Jovvily Sarsaparilla Root - 4 oz - Cut & Sifted - Herbal Tea - Flavor Modifier

This tea appears to be of good quality. I saw no mold or foreign debri within any of it I have used. My mother who is wheelchair bound and I care for came down with a very bad case of pneumonia in January of 2023. Something that definitely could have been deadly considering she's unable to be mobile and get her body moving. I combined this Sarsaparilla Root tea with Mulien Leaf tea and Dandelion Root tea and it truly helped to clear her lungs and improve her breathing. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to capitalize on the benefits of the Sarsaparilla Root. This and Mullein leaf tea definitely have more of a bitter flavoring so I do recommend using some honey, lemon and a dash of sugar if you like that.

Excellent product but way overpriced here on Amazon. Take the time to do some research online. You can easily find better deals.

This herb is great to add to your tea regime for overall health

I couldn't taste any sasparilla root at all. The bag was vacuum sealed and really did not smell like sasparilla root when I opened it so I was hoping after seeping in hot water the flavor would somehow emerge. Nope. I was so looking forward to something pleasant but this was honestly pretty disappointing. The color was the only thing that emerged... What is this tea really?

Their other teas taste just fine. However, this did not taste like sarsaparilla

I decided to update my previous review (See original below) Although, I was disappointed in the tea I received, the seller was very gracious and concerned that what I received was not up to standards and reached out to me to give me a full refund. I appreciate great customer service, so I based my rating on that. I will try this tea again. Original review: This tea had absolutely no smell and tasted like wood. Even after steeping for almost an hour, no flavor at all. If someone knows of a true sarsaparilla tea, please let me know. 😞

I don't know what this is, but it's not sarsaparilla. I use a lot of sarsaparilla, but this is my first time buying from this brand (I needed it in a hurry). There's no fragrance and no flavor. Typically, good sarsaparilla is fragrant the moment you open the bag. Maybe it's really old product? Super disappointed.

Sarsaparilla is one of my absolute favorite roots for teas! However, this one is not like our sarsaparilla. I’m not sure what it is but it didn’t have that wonderful pungent root beer no or taste to it. I love this company I’m a bit disappointed this time. Actually, I’m quite disappointed!
