This chair was purchased by my 85-year-old mother for her new Assisted living apartment. She LOVES IT, and has said it is one of the most comfortable chairs she's ever had!! Plus, because of the powered recliner feature, mom says she can now put her chair in WHATEVER POSITION SHE NEEDS, instead of what the limited reclining options were with the manual recliners. Mom has also enjoyed the unique storage options, and the internal 2-USB ports & the single ground-plug capable outlet INSIDE the right side armrest storage area!! Lastly, she also loves that the cup holders are on BOTH sides, and the detachable, small table is EXTREMELY useful because that, too, can be placed on either side, depending on what she needs to use the table for!! My only complaint, as far as the chair's setup, is that the electrical cord, which allows the use of the internal USB ports AND electrical outlet, is FAR TOO SHORT!! I ended up having to purchase an electrical surge protector strip, with a longer cord, so that BOTH electrical cords could reach the wall outlet. The included cord is only a foot & a half long, and in mom's NEW living room, she needed a minimum 2.5 foot cord to reach the nearest outlet, WITHOUT having to rearrange the ENTIRE LIVING ROOM'S FURNITURE LAYOUT!! Still, the chair is a SUPERB buy, and even with the extra, minor expense of the extension cord/strip, it's the BEST BUY OUT THERE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CONSIDER FREE SHIPPING WITH AN AMAZON PRIME MEMBERSHIP!! PLUS, the deep red color is beautifully stunning, WITHOUT blindingly standing out because its red!! I will be buying another one or two for myself, as soon as I can manage the financing!!

Buying furniture on line is scary but this is a great chair. The sample of leather they sent was good to feel the material and see colors. Ordered the 2 chairs and was thrilled when they came in. Easy to put together. The power features are amazing. USB and plug. 3 cup holders and the table is easy to use and when not using easy to store in are of chair. The size of the chair seat is comfortable for my 6foot husband and me at 5’5’’.

Comfortable, reclines fully which makes it easy to sleep, it is the most comfortable chair I ever bought. The compartment with the USB and outlets is a great idea but it suffers from cluttering and it can make it difficult to maneuver things. Oh and you have to plug the mounted plug in to allow the the ports to work. I thought I would get annoyed with the power seat being too slow but it's so smooth it's unnoticeable. The tray table is small and seems somewhat cheap. It can fit an iPad nicely. It will be great to find a bigger tray or something to add to it. The tray is removable and it can be stowed but needs to have its pin removed to fit into the armrest. The seating is vinyl and feels like a really comfortable leather seat as in a high end car. Love that it's basically water proof although having a drink holder directly above the outlet make me a little nervous. Overall I am happy with it. Update: just noticed that the recliner is starting to get noisy but there is not much the designer can do. Vinyl to vinyl rubbing when reclining makes farting noises. It's really not a big deal but worth mentioning. Update: power supply shell just shattered. Be careful because the power supply shell can shake free and get crushed in the recline, exposing electric parts. Luckily, Amazon seems to have a cheap replacement (about 15 bucks) but I hope it works. Supposedly it's universal power supply for recliners made by a company called Ponkor. Last update: Almost 7 years old and Longevity is not its strong point. The padding under the foot rest is gone. Now a huge bump is felt on recline. Springs are sticking up on the seat and the vinyl has torn throughout the entire seat. Nonetheless, everything works: reclines smoothly, ports still work. Regardless, for the price I am still leaving at 4 stars. It’s still mostly comfortable. I’ve had 4 moves and 2 of those were different states. As my work from home chair, it’s fair that it is so worn. So I plan on getting another this year and giving this one to my dog who wants to sit next to me all the time. The price remains an honest one and so I’m not that disappointed in spending the money. It is worth it.

Arrived securely packaged and so easy to assemble. Looks exactly like the picture. Got the chair in Black and the leather is slightly shiny and soft. Most important of all, it is very comfortable. The electric reclining function is easy to use and smooth. The chair also goes back surprisingly far. Has the modern, clean look we were looking for and the price, quality and comfort was an extra bonus. Loved it so much I’m ordering another one!

I purchased two of these chairs, and regret I must leave a highly critical review. One chair arrived DOA (the electronics for the recliner mechanism did not function at all). Amazon promptly replace that chair, but am now having electrical problems with the second chair. These chairs arrive mostly assembled, but with virtually NO instructions regarding the electrical connections. If you read all of the other customer reviews, it will be apparent that many purchasers do not realize there are two separate electrical connections required: one for the reclining mechanism, and one for the USB port connection. The very poor schematic diagram (which is the ONLY "instruction" manual provided) does not mention this. To properly connect these chairs, you will need an extension cord with at least two three prong outlets to fully connect both of the electronics required for this chair to operate. I have been on the manufacturers website to try and resolve my problems, which website is an absolute joke. There is no support provided, and no help at all as far as warranty information. The manufacturer's website says "contact your retailer" if you need support or parts, such as a new electrical transformer to run the mechanism. In fact, the manufacturer's site actually says they are deliberately not providing a customer support number, since you should not contact them, but rather contact the retailer!. No, I am not kidding. !! Of course, that advice is of no value if you buy them online. Too bad, since the chairs-- when they work-- are not bad. But I would not recommend buying them online, as you will have zero support if something goes wrong. I buy extensively on Amazon, and this is undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had. Beware!

First of all, the box the chair came in was obliterated when it finally arrived at my door. Surprisingly, the recliner was unscathed and everything looks and works fine. Overall, the chair is comfortable and seems to have decent padding. The only thing I'm disappointed in, is the backrest doesn't come up to 90 degrees. That is frustrating, because, basically, you can ONLY recline in it. So now I'm on a desperate search for a headrest or neckrest that will allow the user to sit up comfortably. You can find them from another manufacturer, but only in black or brown. I bought charcoal grey.

We live our lives in our family room. It was important to us that this purchase match what we already have, not overpower the room, and be of high quality. When Amazon Prime Days came up, I couldn’t resist this purchase. My husband loves this chair. In fact, he basically lives in his chair. It complements the room nicely. We have actual leather furniture. While this is faux leather, it still fits in just right. We slam dunked this! You can too!

I bought two of these recliners - one for myself and one for a guest. They are very comfortable and have handy storage in the armrests. There are cup holders on top of each armrest. The pivoting metal table is not strong enough to support my laptop but is a handy place to set down lightweight objects such as remotes, USB drives, a pen, etc.. Push button controls allow easy repositioning of the back and the leg rest. These recliners are attractive, with clean, simple lines.

We like this chair and a great value for the price It is comfortable but it reclines very flat and we were hoping for a traditional recline that keeps your legs bent

This chair is great. It's a little loud from the leather rubbing when you recline it or reset it to upright but very comfy and convenient with its power outlets and storage compartments.

Good recliner, just buy second one. But damaged unfortunately.... a hole . What can I do? Too much heavy and big for replacement....??

Ordered this chair and discovered it wasn't like the image on the Amazon site. In the image, round disks are seen on both arms of this recliner and appear like nickel/steel, yet in reality they are made of white thick plastic material. This chair on site looked cheap and unappealing; hence, the reason for it's return.
