I am in love with this powder! It doesn’t even taste like protein ( I hate when they do). This is like sipping on a milkshake! I am craving it everyday. All it needs is Oatmilk and a banana. It has transformed my morning routine! Buy it now! It is pretty filling and has a good amount of protein.

Dissolves really well in cold beverages. Don’t try hot! Really tasty in iced coffee, but good in water as well.

I recently switched from Isopure to Rule 1 due to Isopure ridiculously increasing their price. Rule 1 is an acceptable substitute. 25 grams of protein, 110 calories (wish it was 100), and easily dissolvable, R1 meets my needs. I only wish they had an unflavored version as I like to mix my protein powder with some food on occasion. Overall I'm satisfied and will buy again.

Used product for 5+ years. Vanilla is my favorite as I use it as a base to mix in fruits and/or peanut butter. Not chalky and pairs well with vanilla almond milk
