These are great and easy to use. They are gentle and I haven't noticed any skin irritations from using them. I like that they are non habit forming and have natural ingredients. They last a long time and the size is great for ease of use. They have really helped me with my sinus issues and have made it so much easier for me to breathe and they help with my headaches as well. A miracle in a pocket neti!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product and have turned several family members in to true believers. I live in the desert where daily winds kick up all kind of allergens from the ground, not to mention a daily seeving of dust. I've been miserable for DECADES with allergies and nothing helped. They have miniaturized it, unfortunately. I BOUGHT two inhalers 9 mis ago, gave one to my husband, put one in my purse. I recently experienced how EFFECTIVE this product is. I've been experiencing sinus headaches (seasonal allergens) with pressure on the front of my face, temple, eyes, nose, down to my jaws. I felt burning in my eyes and nose every time I inhaled. The inhaler really helps my sinuses. Some I've tried in the past either had salt but weren't strong enough, or were strong but had no salt. This one has a nice balance of salt and strong-smelling essential oils. Can't comment on how long they last or keep their potency, as I haven't had them for long.
