Met my expectations of excellent condition! Had fingers crossed of sellers definition given some reviewers comments of receiving computers far below the sellers excellent condition category. Mine was put to the test when opening the package. The result after physical inspection showed that the previous owner took very good care of this macbook pro 13” with M1 chip. Hardly noticeable scuffs on the base corners, screen is free of scratches and key travel when pressed felt as new! Ran full diagnostics of system operation, battery at a healthy 89% with 365 charge cycles indicates below average for a late 2020 model year. With apples stated battery life charge cycle of 1,000, this says 2+ years before battery replacement, longer if you run with charger. M1 processor health numbers are excellent. With iOS system updates through end of 2027 and 2 years of post 2027 security support, this computer has solid operation through end of 2029! Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Works really great.Looks almost new with a battery life of 90% and a few unnoticeable cosmetic scratches.So far so good I am happy with the purchase 😊

I ordered a Space Grey, MacBook Pro M1 13.3 16gb/512gb in "Excellent condition" and it came exactly as expected. Minor wear but absolutely no scratches or dents anywhere. The model and specs match what I purchased. This particular model has 92% battery health. That's to be expected from a 6yr old battery. I have been using it on and off all day today and barely made a dent in the battery life. The keyboard feels heavier/clunkier than the older 2019 intel model with the butterfly keys. Small price to pay for the added performance.

I ordered this Amazon Renewed MacBook Pro 13.3" listed as being in excellent condition. Functionally, it works great, the battery is still at 98% capacity, everything operates properly, and it came with the original charger. There are a few cosmetic flaws: a small dent and scratch on the front panel visible from a distance, and one slightly dented corner. Fortunately, these didn’t prevent me from using a cover. While the cosmetic issues don’t affect performance, I wouldn’t quite describe the condition as “excellent” based on Amazon’s own description. Still, for the price and performance, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

This is my honest review. This review is for the refurbished - Excellent I am very happy with the Macbook Pro that I received. The Macbook Pro looked new with no scratches or dents. At first glance you will think its a new product. The battery health was at 91%. The seller included a charger but I did not use it. I used my own charger to charge it. The Macbook Pro specification is the same as in the description. I received the 2020 M1 13’ inches 16gb Ram 1TB SSD. The screen and keyboard works perfectly so does the touchpad, touch bar and fingerprint sensor. The Macbook Pro had been completely wiped so it was easy to set up. I ordered on July 28 and received at noon July 29. I will be using it a little more and comeback to this review later. I intend to keep it and I don’t expect to have any issues. Finally, I recommend the seller, Prime Renewed Store. I have been looking at reviews for a long time, and its not easy to click the buy button, after seeing so many negative reviews across multiple sellers. I am happy I chose the right seller. I worked for apple support so i know a tad about macs. However i only needed this mac for playing sims 4 and it is a very affordable price. I got the (good) condition and the only cosmetic issue seen is scratches on the apple logo- which doesnt bother me at all. The mac starts up great , new charger and all , everything i needed for a little over $500 leas than a brand new one

Either 3.5 or 4 stars. It came with crumbs, dirt, dust and dog hair all over it both when closed and opened plus smudges on the screen so that’s insane. Hardly believe it was refurbished because I don’t see why it would come so dirty if so. Who was responsible for the refurbishing? It comes dead, and you have to charge it. It does come with a charger which is nice, but it is also off brand so idk how that will affect overall battery life. After charging once it comes on, mine personally was already into the setup process and was in a different language, so I had to take it all the way back to do setup. I was worried because of how dirty it came, plus the fact that it wasn’t on the first step of setup, but it did complete setup the right way. Been using it for a few weeks now. Here are some points: I’m glad to get a laptop for such an affordable price, and would purchase again. I will say this: TEST YOURS OUT! Some buttons on mine don’t work consistently. For ex I can be typing and letters like “a” or “command” won’t always work. Sometimes I’ll have to press them a few times before it registers, or even leave the app I’m using and come back in order for it to work. The mouse and its clickers do not always work. So far those are the only actual issues. There are a few scuffs on it which is okay to me bc I know I was buying a used item. All keys are present. It’s weird for buttons to not consistently work on a refurbished item and it’s unacceptable for it to come literally filthy. What were the steps for refurbishing and what are the standards for quality? Pretty gross. Especially if you’re allergic to dogs like I am. Touch bar consistently works, speakers completely work, headphone jack works, both type c ports work. Screen seems good. I appreciate this purchase, and trust the seller to at least not scam you. I can say I do not trust for a second that these are genuinely refurbished items (which are different than used). I think these are used items that they receive as returns and just mail to buyers right away in the same exact packaging they receive them in and don’t even check them at all let alone refurbish them. If it came clean I would trust it more and would have given a different rating. I ordered 500gb, it is not exactly 500gb but 494.38 GB. Marginal difference but worth mentioning because perfect honesty from a business of what you’re buying is worth a lot in terms of trust. Lots and lots of crumbs under the keys. Battery level is at 86%
