Yes. It's just a cheap piece of foam. But I wish I'd bought it sooner because my 3 year old gas always hated getting her hair wet because no matter what I do water gets in her face. I've tried those pour over buckets and water still drips in her face. She doesn't like holding her head up. So this has made hair washing much easier. It's also really adjustable. I took a star because it's a little over priced, a little bit of water still drips into her face.

To big, even now for a toddler, leaks terribly.

I did not expect to get a foam cut out wouldn't even have been worth a dollar I missed the window if time to return do not purchase even if you read through all the reviews mine was a literal foam cut out paper thin Walmart has these for eight bucks and they are sturdy not sure about sizing but this was not it

There is now peace during bath time for my autistic child who has sensory issues with water touching her face. Love it will be buying backups.
