SYLVANIA - 1156 LED White Mini Bulb - Bright LED Bulbs, Ideal for Back Up, Daytime Running Light (DRL) and More. (Contains 2 Bulbs)

Like many others, changing the DRLs in my 2016 Jetta is nearly impossible without dropping the bumper or getting up into the wheel well. Since traditional bulbs only last about 100 hours, I decided to try these LED bulbs in hopes they will last much longer. I am happy to report these bulbs fit perfectly and are very bright. The only downside is the DRL warning light stays on all the time since the voltage is too low for the system to recognize. However, while a little bit annoying, this trade off is completely worth it to me.

I received the item exactly as described, delivered next day with Prime. 2004 Chevrolet Suburban direct replacement. No hyper-blink problem with these in my application. The bulb will go in the socket 2 ways, fit is ambidextrous. but it will function and light up in only 1 direction. Neither bulb lit for me when first installed,so I had to take them out,turn around and replace. led burns bright. I received the new version, 2/13/24 .👍5 star transaction

very bright. low heat. functions perfectly for my trailer. long lasting bulb. good quality build. easy tight fit in socket. no flicker at all.

Installed a pair on my 2016 Jetta after one of the original lamps burned out. (might as well do both at one time) The problem was the dash light fault indicator still came on. I believe the impedance (load) of these LED lamps is so low that my car thought there was still an open circuit. So I went back to the old original style incandescent lamps. Maybe there is a way to re-program the car's computer ?? IDK.

Works great. For my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I needed a load equalizer to stop the car from warning that the lights are out since these are LED. This is a feature of the car and not this product. Hopefully once I add that I will never have to replace my blinker lights again.

I have been using and recommending the Original Style of these (Pic Included) for 2-3 years now. Exceeded my expectations in every way. I have never seen a vehicle LED bulb be so perfectly white. The light output was evenly distributed and the brightness was excellent. Unfortunately Sylvania has redesigned the bulb and Ruined them. The new design doesn't provide 360° light output like the old style and are not as bright or as white. The odd way the LED's are aimed towards the base of the bulb itself causes it to glow like a lampshade and my turn signal enclosure to emit a very soft light. The difference in brightness between Solid and Flashing is only about 20% which is especially awful during the day. These are junk and going back today. I wish Sylvania didn't go a ruin a good thing.

I used these to replace the daytime running light bulbs on 2014 VW Jetta. I like the color and they are plenty bright. VW did a horrible job with their headlight design on the 2014 Jetta such that the daytime running light bulbs are difficult to remove. But that issue aside, these bulbs are a good choice.

Thought they would be brighter than stock lights on my 88 Jeep Comanche. If anything they are almost slightly dimmer. Bulbs fit well in taillights despite bulbous plastic around the base. Definitly be gentle with them. I wanted to go with a name brand but if your looking for brighter I would suggest looking elsewhere. Also the revese lights needed modification to fit. The plastic above the base stopped it from fully seating into the socket. Trimmed the plastic and i managed to make it work but was not plug and play.

Strange and unusual shape, but works perfectly well! fits ok into my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 stop lights. bright. recommended.

Item I received looked different than the picture. As per my review of other items, I was given an older model than the one I ordered. Item still fit as, it was same type of bulb and very bright. I'm happy with the product so far.

Salieron muy bien estas luces para la luz de frenos de unas motos de baja cilindrada (una Suzuki Gn125 y un Honda Zoomer X), alumbran muy bien y no alumbran hacia el frente porque solo trae los leds en los costados, no en la punta.
