The only yoghurt I tend to buy, thick and creamy and so good for so many recipes. I wish it weren't so expensive, but it is good.

Great quality and highly nutritious.
Best Greek yogurt: live cultures, 5% fat, and high protein content. Great taste, but I usually add nuts, berries, and cinnamon. Sometimes I add a bit of kefir to make the texture smoother. No insulin spikes. I really love my Fage!
