Is it really smokeless and can you use indoors?

It has very slight smoke, extremely minimal and yes, I use it indoors all of the time. No setting off smoke detectors.

Is smokeless Moxa as effective at turning breech baby as the kind with smoke?

I do not know for sure. IF it’s going to work for you, I’d think it would be as effective. It’s not always 100% either way.

How many years is the moxa?

Can you cut the sticks? I want to use it in a moxa box.

I love to use the stick , instead to cut in pieces. ! Works for me ,... I love to use in any kind of pain , around my body. I'm using to treat my dog pain too, with very good result
