The product look like used product with dark spots on the foam roller, a small dented on one of the side of the product. Disappointed with the product quality and packaging, not even wrap with bubble wrap to protect the product.

I've very tight hamstrings and quads, but found it hard to use for hamstrings as my arms & shoulders got strained. I've not used it for anything else yet, but am sure there will be something. It's a nice product....just need to find other uses. The lacrosse ball works well for hamstrings.

This is one of the best Trigger Point rollers. It's the second one I've owned, I had to leave my first one in Mexico. Well constructed, a life saver for your back. Start on carpet and work your way to hard floor rolling. You won't regret this top of the line roller and will last a lifetime.
