I’ve been hunting for a plain, unflavored, straightforward plant based protein powder for years. I’ve tried many different brands. I can’t stand the taste of Stevia or any of those alternate sweeteners, and I don’t like it when something is already sweetened because I prefer to add dates or honey to my smoothie anyways. So many protein powders have all these super foods and probiotics and probiotics and greens and all this extra stuff added that I don’t want. I’m so grateful to have found this protein powder because now I can add it to my oatmeal, I can make amazing tasting smoothies, and frozen desserts without any weirds extra flavors. This powdwr has a very low taste profile. Is it completely invisible? No, but no protein powder is. But it’s plain enough that I can actually taste the fruit in my smoothie and shakes. I hope they never change this formula or stop selling this one.

I am not a fan of flavored protein powder and am also cautious of added minerals that have mercury or aluminum. A dietitian recommended this, and it has been working great, with no aftertaste or side effects.

It may be unflavored, but it definitely has a taste. Which isn’t great. Not sure I can keep putting it in my morning oatmeal. I take two tsp and mix them into 1/3 cup milk. Once dissolved, I add the oatmeal. Changes the consistency, texture and taste of the oatmeal. It’s still better than most. Would recommend, just not for putting in oatmeal.

I just got this a few days ago and I've already put a dent in it. I sprinkle this on popcorn, nugs, beans, dip fruits in it, and just now I coated cheez-its in it. Everything tastes normal, just with extra protein. Amazing. And knowing this brand is tested for lead makes me feel better too. They've got a new customer for life. I'll be coating everything I eat in this stuff.

I bought this because of the solid reviews and they were spot on. The protein to calorie ratio is the best I have found. This mixes great with smoothies (given the neutrl to positive flavor) and feels like a really clean blend. VERY happy with it.

Taste good in smoothies

A balanced, neutral tasting vegan protein powder. Great way to maintain protein while reducing calcium intake. Love that it includes a little fiber. goes well with vanilla soymilk!

I found out that animal proteins made me bloated & so I decided to try a plant based protein. I'm not a big meat eater. I get most of my protein from whole food plants. Every morning, I add to my coffee, one small teaspoon of coconut oil, my protein powder & my plant based protein. I'm lactose intolerant. My opinion, the taste is pleasant & it doesn't smell bad!
