This is a very authentic flavor.
This is perfect for making small portions of this soup quickly. the flavor is perfect and authentic. I throw in a small amount of 5 spice and a anise or two but it really does not need it.

Ajinomoto Palo powder mix
Easy to bring it to cook. The powder mix tastes too sweet for me to completely like. I add other sauce and natural herb to accommodate the taste.
