I also bought a Kohler water filter. Here are my thoughts: •This worked fine in my apartment. •No loss of water pressure. •There was the tiniest bit of leaking but nothing I even need tape for. I just need to tighten it better. •The three modes (massage, must, and regular shower spray) were luxurious. •The Kohler water filter (it is NOT a softener) is a MUST. It’s sold separately but it’s an upgrade you want. *Let me save you some time: The Kohler water filter only needs to be replaced ONCE a year. Save yourself the money and do this. Competitors need to be changed two to four times per year. All in all, this was a really nice upgrade for my bathroom. It’s not going to change your life (no shower head will) but if you want an upgrade, this is the move. My only one little request was: I wish they made it in rose gold. I purchased an adapter so I could change the angle of the shower arm for the size of our shower. My wife loves to shower with the mist mode.
