Since I've always wanted to try Heat Embossing but individual Powders can be expense, this kit was the perfect item for me, not only does it have a large selection of Embossing Powders, it also comes with the Embossing Pad and an Embossing Pen. My only concern is that as the Powders are in such little pots, the Powder will go everwhere, but I'll be putting sheets of paper underneath to catch any droppage. Embossing ink kit the pen that comes with the kit was very dry and you will need to buy additional ink to refill the pen.

The ink pad was wet, and each pot of embossing powder was full. Some reviews had said dry pad, empty pots. I never used embossing powder before, so I was very pleased with how it worked out for the first time using it. I recommend this kit for someone like myself who wants to try embossing.

Powders are a good start for a beginner. The pen is cheap and was dry upon arrival. Powders are deceivingly small but go a long way. Overall an ok product. Worth the price? Hmm debatable.
