Stopped working.

Truly loved the UV kit! This is similar to the Lexpure plastic UV kit. Although the cost is a bit high, I’m satisfied overall. I chose this kit because it features a quartz glass channel for the water, ensuring there’s no contamination risk like with metal-based kits. The use of a DC choke, rather than an AC choke, is a major advantage as it enhances the UV lamp’s life to some extent. There is a visible dent or manufacturing imperfection on the plastic exterior that feels rough to the touch. Even after replacing the product, the second unit had the same problem. I ended up keeping it. The aluminum layer inside the plastic chamber is quite thin and could be improved, but the product is otherwise excellent. Until now, I haven't encountered any issues; 'll update my review if I find any later on. Finally, I believe you should definitely try this kit—you won’t regret it. Kudos to the Konvio team and Amazon for their excellent service.

Contact to customer support and they replaced my dead uv lamp and its adaptor without any hasitation. I really impressed with his after sales service.

worst product don't buy /////////// failure with in one month

Good Product. The product has failed after working for 40 days. The use is intermittent when ever the water is filtered. The UV light is now not working even though the vendor has given one year warranty for the Phillips UV Light.

Good heavy aluminium product, but need to improvement chok/adaptor and wire quality.
