I just got back from a 4 night canoe trip and used this wok to cook for 16 people. I cooked 6lbs of ground beef for tacos and it worked great! Used it directly on the fire and also used it at home on the stove top. I give it a 5star review.

What is the width of pan without the handles and also width of the flat part of the bottom?

Diameter of wok is 14 1/4 inches not including handles. Diameter of the flat bottom is 6 inches.
