This does smell quite strong but it’s worked really well at helping my congested 8 month old. I can see why the light might annoy people but I’m not bothered by it. It comes with 3 of the refills which I think is good value overall. My daughter had a better night sleep with this plugged in.

This is fantastic when my little one has congestion, he has eczema so i am reluctant to put any vapour rub on him and this does the trick nice and gently just as well. Not an eyesore and comes with 2 refills. Not an overpowering smell and comes in a neat size and a handy night light. Worth every penny.

Great when your child has a cold, smells amazing and great when you don’t have many other alternatives to use when they’re really little. Easy to use, doesn’t leak and simply pops into a plug socket. The night light is handy too. Only 4 starts as I found the smell went away quite quickly (after a night or 2) so you end up stocking up on lots of refills.

These are absolutely brilliant however after the first switch on, we find you can't really get another use out of the pad. We've generally used sparingly as they are expensive due to lads not lasting long

Works great. Smells like menthol and is long lasting. I found for best results leave it running as that will fill the air in the room with the vapour. Also the night light isnt that bright but its enough

Does work and make you breathe better but doesn’t last for 8hr after about 4 hours the vapour is finished and you need a new one.

I didn’t realize that this plug needed a European electrical adapter. The good thing, is that I had one! However, I didn’t see any noticeable difference in my baby’s room, nor did it help my baby.

Uses UK plug. Doesn’t work. Useless. Wasted my money. They wouldn’t accept the rerun. Not spending money on a converter if I’m not traveling

This has a UK plug which is completely useless in the US! No where on the product screen does it state UK plug!!! So ridiculous
