Good stem
The Ritchey stem was too short for me but I had to try it to know. So, I used it to get that info to dial in my fit of my bike. Ritchey makes great components. It was a good price. I have no complaints about the stem. 35mm stem is short for a lot of people but might be what you need if your frame is too long or other fit issues or you need quicker steering etc.

Nice looking strong stem. Looks ace with the matching handlebar
Ordered 70mm for my XC as I wanted to shorten & lift my riding position slightly. I didn't want a higher rise handlebar and changing the stem to + angle would have been too high, so a neutral -/+ stem was the answer. The combination of a 10mm shorter stem & rise from -7'deg to 0'deg has made all the difference.
