Very nice. Clean and well packaged. Came in a nice replacement box and power cord. Excellent condition and it has been working great. Paired it up with a Logitec M317 wireless mouse. I’m happy.

Good for a couple of years

Ok, we'll go with likes first. CHEAP! About $100 cheaper than my last PC. Now dislikes: Not that much storage space (57.5 GB), so can't store millions of MP3 albums on it. This version of WMP sucks, compared to my last PC. I'm not a gamer, so I have no opinion on that. I'll have to get used to how to move the mouse, compared to the last PC that had right & left buttons. Overall, a decent pc. I'll just have to get used to it.

So far, so good. I always come back and update my reviews if something changes, but we have had this laptop since about Thanksgiving of 2024. My husband takes it back and forth to and from work to order parts on. We set it up with the usual, standard stuff. Aka, internet, YouTube, Gmail, Word, and a few sites he uses, like Napa, etc. He really likes the size, and the blue color. It also fits perfectly in his backpack so when he rides the motorcycle he can still carry it. It took about an hour or two to set everything up, and once he got the new mouse, he was off and running. I think it was a great find for a great price, and I will be returning for similar purchases like this in the future.

I purchased this laptop thinking it came with Windows 11, maybe because the item description says Windows 11. Instead, it came with Windows 10 installed. At first, customer service told me the only thing they could do was complete a refund or return. Neither of which were viable options as the laptop was needed for a project immediately and there was no time to wait for a replacement. After being transferred to a supervisor, they ultimately gave me a $35 credit after I turned down their initial offer of $15. $35 still doesn’t feel sufficient given the price of Windows 11, but it’s better than nothing. I can’t speak to any other refurbished laptops you’ll get when buying this item, but the one I got did NOT match the item description. As far as the laptop itself goes, it’s exactly what you should expect from a lower tier refurb. It works like it should, but isn’t going to win any awards. *UPDATE* I ended up having to return this laptop because of the how slow it was after performing a system update. There was a 20-30 second delay from the time you double clicked an icon to when the window would open. It was unusable and I received a full refund.

Works really well

This laptop would have been a very good investment for the price as my previous one lasted roughly six years before having to be replaced. I got this laptop about a month ago for the use of doing school work and it was easy to set up and use but you can tell that it is refurbished as when I go to do Word documents the fonts change on their own and causes me more trouble as I have to go back and forth switching the font, as well as what I have just drafted back to what it is supposed to be. I also spent a long time trying to download the Microsoft 365 as this is formatted for new users and not existing users who are able to access your regular account and everything transfers over. Overall though, the smaller size is perfect and more efficient for me compared to my previous one. Now though I have to figure out what I am going to do for a laptop and school as this one is returned and I await the replacement to arrive.
