I mix it with smoothies that contain other fruits high in vitamin c, compared to synthetic vitamin c this feels allot easier on my stomach and easier to take, food based products seem to be the best way to go when it comes to bioavailablity. It is sour! But mix it with some blueberries and strawberries it actually tastes very good. When mixed with water the cherry powder is very sticky. So definitely don't drop it into your blender first, it will get stuck to the bottom and not mixed well into your smoothie. Scoop the amount you want into your smoothie and then blend.
