Helpful for home gardeners and market gardeners
This is an excellent book for anyone wanting up-to-date information on growing fruits that are best suited toward today's climate. As a home gardener growing on a lot of acreage and considering selling fruits in the future, I found this book extremely helpful. I especially enjoyed learning more about fruits that aren't as common as others like currants, gooseberries, and mulberries. The only complaint I have is that the chapter on strawberries could have had more information on prepping strawberries for winter. On the whole, I am so glad I purchased this book and highly recommend it. I got Blake's book on pawpaws also and am very excited to start it after reading this one.

very informative
I have grown berries for many years, but have learned more about this from this book than from any other. Especially useful in helping me prune and keep my plants healthy.

Excellent and in-depth guide to all things berry
An in-depth guide to growing different types of berries and other small fruit. It doesn't go into much depth on things like no-till, but that can be found elsewhere. This is great for understanding the ins and outs of successful growing and knowing your floricanes from your primocanes. And it gives you the confidence you can successfully grow these fruits without just buying them from the nursery and crossing your fingers or randomly watching YouTube videos. All in all it's a comprehensive and engaging look at these fascinating and possibly overlooked perennial crops.
