Nice mouse with a quick learning curve
It's a nice vertical mouse that I took to VERY quickly, that didn't leave me fumbling around trying to be able to use it. Maybe I'm more adept at spatial orientation, I am an engineer, and I do my own CAD work so the orientation change honestly seemed transparent. I did have to mess with the DPI a bit so I wouldn't run the mouse across 2 monitors, now I can do CAD, games, and just regular day to day stuff with it. I have a fairly big hand the only thing I can complain about, maybe, is since there are buttons for thumb as well as your index finger, I've accidentally hit back instead of left click a few times. It also has a wrist wrest, but I find it's too cumbersome somehow... I think if the mouse was a tad heavier, that would help too, because sometimes I'll grab for it after typing and I'll boot it across the desk because the web of my hand hits before the palm and it shoots the mouse away. If it had a half ounce of extra weight or so, I suspect it would have just enough stiction and body mass to overcome that little bit of hand pressure when you grab for it. Is it enough for me to worry about it, not at all. I'm just used to a weighted gaming mouse. Also, that being said, the teflon pads on the bottom make it glide very smoothly on desktop or big mouse pads. I also have the model that has the dongle along with the bluetooth function and wifi. It picks up motion very fast from being 'asleep' way better than my microsoft 5050 keyboard/mouse combo does when it dozes off. I'm using the the bluetooth option, no issues. How long will batteries last? I have no idea, I try to turn in off at night when I remember to, but I never had to with my microsoft 5050 mouse, so it's a thing I have to remember to do. All told, you can use this thing all day long and your wrist doesn't give you any static, I'm definitely happy with it.

Great Mouse, Great Customer Service
I work from home and have my hand on a mouse a lot of the time. I found that after using a standard mouse for extended periods of time, my wrist would hurt due to the unnatural wrist angle. This vertical mouse is perfect to alleviate that pain. After a week of use, I no longer had any pain in my wrist. The size is also perfect for me, and it’s nice to be able to change the DPI setting based on your preference. Sadly after eight months, which is two months after the warranty ended, the batter on my mouse died and it would no longer charge. The battery lasts a really long time, and I only charged the mouse a few times, but when I did I would plug it into a wall charger. This is apparently not how you’re supposed to charge it, si improbably overloaded it. This stipulation is clearly stated in the product documentation which I clearly ignored. I decided to take a chance and reach out to customer support despite the warrant period already being over. I explained the situation and without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement mouse to rectify the situation. Wow, now that’s what I call caring about the customer. For the the reasons outlined above, I highly recommend this ergonomic mouse to anyone looking to prevent wrist pain, while knowing that the manufacturer will have your back if something goes awry.

Feels cheap, works just fine.
Update 2.5.23. The scroll wheel is going out. Has become unusable for work. I didn’t even get 6 months out of the scroll wheel. I’m a CAD designer and literally spend 6-8 hours a day with this thing in my hand. Feels great. Works great. I didn’t have luck getting Bluetooth to connect to my windows laptop, didn’t try my Mac as I have a Magic Mouse for that. But it works great with the usb receiver thing. Battery has lasted forever. It feels a little hollow but that’s to be expected. The custom thumb buttons aren’t recognized by the computer either. I don’t care about that, and haven’t really tried to sort that out. Over all it does what a mouse is supposed to do and I’ve had zero wrist pains using this for nearly 40hrs weekly for a couple of months now.

Excellent Vertical Mouse for Larger Hands
Excellent product thus far. I got this mouse because I felt that the Logitech MX vertical (I love the vertical for its ergonomic qualities) was just too small for my hands ... and this one is definitely larger and give me less of that feeling that my pinky finger is being squeezed down to the surface of the desk and being dragged along it the entire time. Also, I did have need for the Logitech Flow, but I switched over to the Microsoft Power Toys "Mouse without Borders", and it's actually far smoother than Logitech's Flow. That latter sometimes got "stuck" switching systems, or the keyboard didn't follow, and I often found myself having to manually switch them over anyway. This mouse is also less than half the cost of the Logitech MX. I looked at Evoluent also, but the largest mouse they have ... doesn't work with BlueTooth, and I need the abilities of BlueTooth that allow me to switch quickly between different computer systmes.

I Don't recommend it!
Is a good mouse, things I don't like: Can't work with only cable, you must connect the usb dongle; can't select DPI via Software/Driver. Edit: Months of use... when fluff and a little dust came in the scroll, it won't work properly anymore, I try to open to clean it, but it has hidden screws everywhere so plastic was damage a little bit, I remove dust and fluff, armed again and... does not work. It's a piece of garbage this mouse (I can't reclaim warranty because of plastic marks trying to find the hidden screws).

Saves my Wrist
Works great! I got the corded one a while back but then upgraded to the wireless one and it’s a marked improvement over that one. Still the right angle for my wrist but now no cords getting in the way. Feels like a little better construction quality and definitely an improved sensor. The buttons and scroll wheel could still be improved but overall I’m very happy with it. Latency is very good, good enough to game with. If you spend lots of time on a computer this is such an important investment. Got rid of my wrist pain after switching to these vertical mice. It feels so much better and I can get longer work sessions in.

Works for a few months, then will only work for a minute at a time.
Purchased in February of 2025. Took about a day to get used to it but loved it once I did. Loved everything about it, felt great, was able to be very precise (I'm an engineer so working in 3D modeling most of the time). The first week in May it began randomly turning off after being on for about a minute. I thought it might be low on battery. Charged it overnight. Never changed. Would work for about a minute then turn off. I would turn it off manually then back on and it would work great again for about a minute and then shut off again. After several attempts I've given up. Great mouse when it works. Disappointing it only lasted a few months.
