No. Mine didn’t. I think you will pay £180 for one with a carry bag.

Will this fit any golf bag?

I don’t know because when I bought my golf cart .they didn’t have any golf bags

It says it comes with the cooler bag in the description, so is the cooler included?

The ‘cooler bag’ is a zip pocket at the bottom of the black sling ouch. It will fit two Diet Coke bottles or a sandwich and some chocolate bars. I bought this in the spring. It’s the best cart I’ve used and well worth it. Enjoy. AO.
