Surprised how much faster these worked as compared to grinding Easily and accurately removes metal. Definitely use ppe (long sleeves, safety glasses and gloves) because the metal coming off are like tiny little pins.

Nice files, they cut metal very good, my problem is when in a drill they do move all over the place, you can’t hold still to do a neat job, but that’s not the files fought, the files cut good and I don’t see any wear on them yet with all that I have used them on.

Got these based on the recommendation of "This Old Tony." Check him out. He's amazing. These burrs work very well on steel. Chew through like a beaver with carbide teeth. Highly recommended.

For that price , that kit of burrs is awesome. I used one on metal and it worked great. I always use a bit of oil when working on metal to make them last.

Used them in my die grinder recently, they do the job well. Love the case and little wood holder that you get with them.
